At CorelyFit, every Xperience is intentionally curated to deliver value, care, and refinement. Because our offerings include both instantly delivered digital content and carefully packaged physical wellness items, the following policy outlines how returns, refunds, and support are handled.

Digital Products (Final Sale)

All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been delivered. This includes digital guides, programs, audio content, downloadable files, app access, VIP Suite access, and any digital content included with the Corely Xperience.
Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be revoked once accessed, all digital sales are considered final.

Support Exceptions (Limited):
If you experience a technical issue—such as corrupted files, incorrect digital delivery, or inaccessible content—please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Where appropriate, we will restore access, replace the content, or resolve the issue at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Physical items may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund only under specific circumstances.
