This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how CorelyFit processes, ships, and delivers both physical and digital products. By placing an order through our website or platform, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Refunds & Returns Policy, Digital Product Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Product Categories Covered

CorelyFit offers two primary product types:

  • Digital Products (online guides, wellness programs, fitness plans, audio/video content, and digital content included with the Corely Xperience)

  • Physical Products (not limited to candles, bath bombs, journals, cards, wellness tools, and curated Corely Xperience packages)

Each category follows a different delivery process, outlined below.

2. Digital Product Delivery

Delivery Method

  • Digital products are delivered electronically via:

    • Secure download links

    • Email access

    • User account or members’ area

Delivery Timing

  • Digital delivery is instant or near-instant upon successful payment.

  • Delivery is considered complete once access is granted.

Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Provide a valid and accurate email address

  • Ensure your device and internet connection support access

CorelyFit is not responsible for delays or access issues caused by incorrect contact information, spam filters, or technical limitations on the user’s end.

Digital products are governed by our Digital Product Policy and are non-refundable once delivered.

 

3. Physical Product Shipping

Fulfillment Timeline

  • Physical orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During peak seasons, limited-edition launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified.

 

4. Shipping Destinations

CorelyFit currently ships to:

  • Canada and USA

  • Select international destinations (availability may vary)

If shipping to your location is unavailable, this will be indicated at checkout.

 

5. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and carrier rates.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

CorelyFit is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or border processing.

 

6. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier:

  • Canada: Typically 3–10 business days after shipment

  • International: Delivery times vary by country and carrier

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

CorelyFit is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or border delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

 

7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking information will be provided where available

Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take time to reflect real-time movement.

 

8. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

  • If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly first.

CorelyFit may assist in filing claims at its discretion but is not responsible for carrier errors beyond our control.

 

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your physical order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@corelyfit.com, including:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video evidence

Resolution options (as outlined in our Refunds & Returns Policy) may include:

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (where appropriate)

 

10. Hygiene & Safety Considerations

Due to the personal-care nature of certain items (bath bombs, candles, wellness goods):

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned

  • Items damaged after delivery are not eligible for compensation

11. Combined Physical & Digital Orders

If an order includes both physical and digital items:

  • Digital products are delivered immediately

  • Physical products ship separately

Digital delivery is not contingent on physical shipment.

 

12. Policy Updates

CorelyFit reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
