This Digital Product Policy governs the purchase, access, and use of all digital products offered by CorelyFit. By purchasing, accessing, or using any CorelyFit digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions, Refunds & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and Medical & Wellness Disclaimer.

 

1. Scope of Digital Products

CorelyFit offers a range of digital wellness and fitness products, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personalized or customized fitness and wellness plans

  • Digital fitness or mindfulness challenges

  • Meal plans and nutrition-related guides

  • Workout programs and exercise guides

  • Digital eBooks, journals, and educational materials

  • Audio or video-based wellness content

  • Digital content included with the Corely Xperience package

All digital products are provided for informational, educational, and motivational purposes only.

 

2. Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment:

  • Digital products are delivered instantly via secure download, email access, or through your CorelyFit account or members’ area.

  • Delivery is considered complete once access is granted, regardless of whether the product is downloaded or used.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and account information at checkout

  • Ensure compatibility of your device, software, and internet connection

CorelyFit is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information, spam filters, or technical limitations on the user’s end.

 

3. License & Permitted Use

All digital products are licensed, not sold, to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license.

Permitted Use

  • Personal, non-commercial use only

  • Access by a single individual (single-user license)

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Share, copy, distribute, sublicense, resell, or transfer digital products

  • Upload content to public or private platforms

  • Use content for commercial, educational, or business purposes

  • Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works without written consent

Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of this policy and CorelyFit’s Terms & Conditions.

 

4. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of instant access and intellectual property protection:

  • All digital product sales are final

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once delivery has occurred

Exceptions are handled strictly in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy, and may be considered only in limited circumstances such as:

  • Corrupted or inaccessible files

  • Incorrect digital product delivery

  • Material misrepresentation of the product

Resolution may include restoring access or replacing the product, at CorelyFit’s discretion.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital content is the exclusive property of CorelyFit and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

This includes:

  • Text, programs, guides, videos, audio, graphics, branding, and methodology

  • The structure, sequencing, and presentation of digital products

No ownership rights are transferred to you through purchase or access.

 

6. Medical & Wellness Disclaimer (Digital Content)

CorelyFit digital products do not provide medical, therapeutic, nutritional, or professional health advice.

  • Content is not a substitute for professional consultation

  • Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual

  • You assume full responsibility for how you apply the information

7. Suspension or Termination of Access

CorelyFit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any digital product without notice if:

  • This policy or any related policy is violated

  • Unauthorized use or distribution is detected

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

 

8. Policy Updates

CorelyFit may update this Digital Product Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of digital products constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
