7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your request for a customized fitness plan within 24 hours of submission if no work has begun. Cancellations after this period or after delivery of the plan may not be accepted.

  • Refunds: Refunds for digital products and customized plans are generally not available once the product is delivered, except in cases where errors on our part warrant a modification or adjustment.

  • Dispute Resolution: If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our support team at info@corelyfit.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
