At CorelyFit, our mission is to deliver a luxurious wellness experience that adds genuine value to your journey, whether through our beautifully crafted Corely Xperience physical package or our instantly delivered digital products. To ensure clarity, fairness, and the highest standard of service, please review our official Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
All digital products, including music access, online guides, recipe cards, fitness plans, downloadable files, and exclusive Corely Xperience digital content are non-refundable once delivered.
Instant digital delivery means you gain immediate access, and therefore, CorelyFit considers its obligation fulfilled at the time of delivery.
Digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except in the following rare circumstances:

The file delivered is corrupted or inaccessible

You received the wrong product

The digital content materially differs from what was advertised
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@corelyfit.com, including your order number and a description of the problem. We will resolve access issues promptly.

2. Physical Products
We take great pride in crafting a premium unboxing experience with candles, bath bombs, journals, cards, wellness tools, and more. Due to the delicate and curated nature of these items, we offer the following refund policy:

Physical products may be returned only if:

Items arrive damaged or defective

You receive an incorrect item

The package arrives incomplete due to a fulfillment error

To qualify, items must be:

In their original condition

In the original packaging

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Photos or video evidence may be required so our team can assess the issue.
Once approved, you may receive:

A partial refund, or

A full refund (depending on the situation)

Not Eligible for Return
For safety, hygiene, and exclusivity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used bath bombs

Lit or used candles

Items with cosmetic wear caused after delivery

Access cards or items that include digital components
If the Corely Xperience package includes both physical and digital items, only the physical portion may be considered for refund, digital items remain non-refundable.

3. Customized or Personalized Digital Plans
Any customized fitness plans, personalized meal programs, or tailored wellness guides are non-refundable once delivered due to the personalized work involved.
If something feels off or needs revision, our team can help adjust your plan, just contact us for support.

4. Cancellations
Pre-Delivery Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if:

No digital content has been delivered

No fulfillment for physical items has begun
If digital access was sent instantly at checkout, cancellation may not be possible.

Post-Delivery Cancellations
Once your digital product is delivered, or once your physical order has been processed/shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

5. Shipping & Return Costs (Physical Products Only)
If a return is approved:

CorelyFit covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

For all other approved return reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
