CorelyFit Return Policy

At CorelyFit, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to support your fitness journey. Due to the nature of our digital offerings, we have established the following return policy:

1. Digital Products

All digital products, including fitness plans, workout challenges, meal plans, and downloadable content, are non-refundable once delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, custom workout plans and any fitness programs. Upon completion of your order and delivery, you agree that CorelyFit has fulfilled its obligation to provide the digital product.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds for digital products may only be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as if there was an error in the delivery of the digital product (e.g., a broken or missing file) or if the product is materially different from what was described.

  • Request for Refund: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You may reach our support team at info@corelyfit.com. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

 

3. Customized Plans

Due to the personalized nature of customized fitness plans, they are also non-refundable once delivered. However, if you have an issue with your customized plan, please contact us to discuss any potential solutions or adjustments.

 

4. Cancellations

  • Pre-Delivery Cancellations: You can cancel your order for a digital product or customized plan within 24 hours of purchase, provided no work has begun.

  • Post-Delivery Cancellations: Once the product has been delivered, no cancellation will be accepted.
