At CorelyFit, we curate intentional wellness experiences—both physical and digital—designed to deliver value, care, and refinement. Because our offerings include instantly delivered digital content and carefully packaged physical wellness items, the following policy outlines how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products (Final Sale)
All digital products sold by CorelyFit are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Digital guides and programs

Wellness or fitness plans

Meditation or audio content
-
Downloadable files
-
Digital recipe cards
-
Any digital content included with the Corely Xperience package
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be revoked once accessed, all sales are considered final upon delivery.
Exceptions (Limited):
A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

The digital file is corrupted or inaccessible

You received the incorrect digital product

The content materially differs from what was advertised
To request support, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@corelyfit.com, including your order number and a clear description of the issue. Where appropriate, we will restore access, replace the product, or resolve the issue at our discretion.
2. Physical Products (not limited to the Corely Xperience Items)
Our physical products—including bath bombs, candles, journals, cards, and wellness tools—are curated for hygiene, safety, and exclusivity. Due to their nature, returns are limited.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
Physical products may be eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

The item arrives damaged or defective

You receive an incorrect item

Your package is incomplete due to a fulfillment error
To qualify:

Items must be unused

Items must be in original condition and packaging

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

Photo or video evidence may be required for assessment
Once approved, CorelyFit may issue:

A replacement

A partial refund

A full refund
The resolution method is determined at our discretion based on the issue.
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used bath bombs

Lit or used candles
-
Items showing wear or damage after delivery

Access cards or items linked to digital content
If a Corely Xperience package includes both physical and digital components, only the affected physical items may be considered. Digital components remain non-refundable.
3. Personalized or Customized Products
Any customized or personalized digital offerings—including tailored fitness plans, meal programs, or wellness guidance—are non-refundable once delivered, due to the individualized time and expertise involved.
If revisions are needed, we encourage you to contact our support team. Adjustments may be offered as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.
4. Order Cancellations
Pre-Delivery Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase only if:

No digital content has been delivered, and
-
Physical order fulfillment has not begun
If digital access is delivered immediately at checkout, cancellation is typically not possible.
Post-Delivery or Post-Processing
Once digital content has been delivered or a physical order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
5. Shipping & Return Costs (Physical Items Only)
If a return or replacement is approved:

CorelyFit covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

In other approved cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Final Notes
This policy is designed to balance fairness, transparency, and the integrity of our premium wellness offerings. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined above or that appear to abuse this policy.
